For school aged-children, I provide ongoing integrated care with any school-based providers.
For couples, I provide integrated care corresponding with individual therapeutic providers.
I provide assessment, advocacy, and referrals for gender affirming medical intervention.
I provide ongoing communication with any primary care providers or prescribers as needed.
